French producer Mangabey teams up with ALL MY COUSINS, a multidisciplinary Ghanaian collective, for "Attente Instable", his brand-new single from his debut album, set for release in April !Between sultry R&B, a shot of acid, and N.E.R.D-style rap frenzy, the track evokes an unstable romance that swings between passion and pain.
This first collaboration between Mangabey and ALL MY COUSINS took place in Paris during their appearance at the Macki Music Festival, where they set the crowd on fire with their raw, electrifying energy—a true signature of their style. And it’s precisely this unfiltered club-driven energy, a core element of both Mangabey and ALL MY COUSINS' artistic identity, that pulses through this new single and its music video, shot between Paris and Accra !
ABOUT ALL MY COUSINS :
ALL MY COUSINS is a multi-disciplinary art community originating from Accra, Ghana. From curating events to creating music and making films, the members of the group have been involved in the local youth culture and have told stories through several art media with the sole aim of creating spaces where freedom and curiosity is encouraged. The idea for ALL MY COUSINS came up in June 2022 while three of its current members were on a trip to France. Their experience of community, nightlife, fashion and music in the French region birthed the idea of the community which would become known as ALL MY COUSINS.
While ALL MY COUSINS is envisioned as a global project creating a network of creatives around world, its core founding and notable members include imagemaker and filmmaker and Cozyshrt as well as artists Seyyoh, 95ANTNY, Ansah Live, BIG LEAFLET and Narah.
